If you don’t like your new furniture for any reason,
we’ll take it back – no questions asked!
You just can’t make a mistake at Connell’s! NO OOPS™ means you won’t wind up with furniture that won’t work when you get it home, and it’s this trademarked NO OOPS™ policy that makes Connell’s different from the ordinary, everyday-type furniture stores. When you’re ready for risk-free furniture, our goof-proof furniture pros are ready for you.
Here’s the fine print. See how it’s smaller? We think you’ll agree it’s pretty reasonable and straightforward:
- Contact us within five (5) days of your delivery for NO OOPS™ returns.
- NO OOPS returns must be in original condition from a smoke-free environment.
- Due to state law regarding re-sale of bedding, mattresses cannot be returned. Sheets, mattress pads and pillows are also non-returnable.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- Customer pays actual return shipping rates for NO OOPS™ returns. Return shipping charges are based on weight and are clearly stated at checkout.
- Got a problem? Contact us and we’ll help you understand your manufacturer’s warranty or furniture protection plan – or help you find a qualified furniture repair technician in your area.
