Position: Dream Team Delivery & Warehouse Representative

Job Purpose:

Serves customers as a delivery team by ensuring customer satisfaction from the time of loading the customer’s merchandise into the delivery truck until leaving the customer’s driveway. 

Skilled in:

• Managing one’s own time
• Working with all levels of employees and customers 
• Distinguishing when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, making judgment of how to make it right, and following up to assure correction. 
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 
• Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

• Identifying and satisfying customer needs
• Communicating information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
• Understanding and carrying out oral and written instructions in the English language.

• Accurately remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, and procedures.

• Stay up to date with all required regulations and company procedures. 
• Work in a fast-paced environment as well as manage changing priorities and stressful situations.
• Self-start and work independently without direct supervision.         
• Be at work on time every day.
• Satisfactorily pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, criminal background check, BMV check, and reference checking.
