The day before your delivery, we’ll call with a three-hour time frame when we’ll be coming to your home. The next morning, we tuck your new furniture into our truck and call you again when we’re on our way. We even call you back later to make sure everything’s OK. You’ll get sick of us calling you!
We’ll move your old furniture (or remove your old mattress & box springs) before we set up & install your new purchase. We lay down the Red Carpet – literally! – so we don’t track any dirt into your home, and we polish your new furniture to perfection. And of course we remove all the packing materials from your home.
You can call us, too, if you don’t like your new furniture for any reason! Your NO OOPS™ guarantee means that we’ll take it back – no questions asked! Don’t try that with some internet wholesaler or North Carolina discounter!
