Things you should know about
choosing to pick up your furniture:
- Bring lots of straps and pads.
You want your furniture to get home safely, so bring plenty of tie-downs and padding material to make sure it doesn’t shift around in your vehicle. There’s nothing sadder than a shattered sideboard on the side of the road.
- We’ll help you load it.
- Your furniture will be packed in the original factory cartons.
You may have to assemble the furniture, & sometimes there’s as much packaging material to dispose of as there is furniture.
- You are responsible for any damage after you leave the premises.
You must thoroughly inspect all items for defects or damage before leaving our premises. Once you’re on your way, you assume all responsibility for the condition of your furniture.
- What if there’s a problem?
If your furniture has concealed damage or a factory defect, you can bring the item to us to be repaired (please call ahead). Or, we can come and fix it in your home for a fee.
Don’t worry, your NO OOPS™ guarantee still means you bought goof-proof, risk-free furniture! If you don’t like your new furniture, you can bring it back within five (5) days of your pick-up (please call ahead). The furniture must be in its original condition from a smoke-free environment.
