The day before your delivery, we’ll call you with a four hour time frame when we’ll be coming to your home. The next morning, we tuck your new furniture into our truck like a newborn baby strapped into a car seat. Then we call you again when we’re on our way. We even call you back later to make sure everything’s OK. You’ll get sick of us calling you!
You can call us, too, if you don’t like your new furniture for any reason! Your NO OOPS guarantee means that we’ll take it back – no questions asked! Don’t try that with some internet wholesaler or North Carolina discounter.

Online Purchases
Shop online and choose your purchase from our huge selection, and have most orders delivered in 3-45 days! You’ll be notified if your order will take longer.
Nationwide delivery and set-up is only $199.95, with no size or weight restrictions! Set-up includes furniture assembly and placement as well as box and debris removal. It does not include hanging wall mirrors, bunk beds, loft beds, cribs, floor/wall anchors.
Please make us aware of any specific arrangements needed to gain access to your residence such as spiral staircases, ferry transportation or freight elevator appointments.
Ohio sales tax is due for all Ohio deliveries; deliveries outside the state of Ohio are not required to pay sales tax.

A lot of furniture stores act like your transaction is over when their delivery truck pulls away from your curb. Not so at Connell’s. We’ve built our business on relationships, not transactions. We know that for you, our relationship is just getting started when your new furniture finally arrives.
You will never be left out in the cold when you buy from Connell’s; instead, you’re protected by our warm and fuzzy warranty. You can read the Fine Print for all the boring details, but here’s the heart of it: If your furniture fails in what it’s made of (materials) or how it’s made (workmanship) within one (1) year, we’ll send our Customer Care Unit out to your home to fix it.
How cool is that?
When accidents happen and your furniture needs a little TLC, our Customer Care Unit can provide expert repairs at very reasonable rates.

It includes professional “crack and prep” – that’s when we crack open the box and prepare your new furniture for you. We do the “some assembly required” and make sure there aren’t any leftover bolts. We look it over for any problems. We tuck it into our truck like a newborn baby strapped into a car seat, and we call you to say we’re on our way. We’ll help you arrange your room and get your new furniture set up just right, and we leave your home spic and span and your new furniture shining. We’ll get rid of all the packaging material and leave you with a beautiful room. We call later to make sure it’s all hunky dory, and you get one free year of in-home service.
But seriously, we know there are a lot of reasons you might want to pick up your furniture yourself. Here are some things you should know:
Bring lots of straps and pads.
You want your furniture to get home safely, so bring plenty of tie-downs and padding material to make sure it doesn’t shift around in your vehicle. There’s nothing sadder than a shattered sideboard on the side of the road.
We’ll help you load it.
Your furniture will be packed in the original factory cartons.
You may have to assemble the furniture, and sometimes there’s as much packaging material to dispose of as there is furniture.
You are responsible for any damage after you leave the premises.
You must thoroughly inspect all items for defects or damage before leaving our premises. Once you’re on your way, you assume all responsibility for the condition of your furniture.
What if there’s a problem?
If your furniture has concealed damage or a factory defect, you can bring the item to us to be repaired (please call ahead). Or, we can come and fix it in your home for a fee.
Don’t worry, your NO OOPS guarantee still means you bought goof-proof, risk-free furniture. If you don’t like your new furniture, you can bring it back within five (5) days of your pick-up (please call ahead). The furniture must be in its original condition from a smoke-free environment.
