Position: Team Representative

Job Purpose: Serves customers as a team by ensuring customer satisfaction from the time of entering the store until their merchandise is delivered.
Skilled in:

• Managing one’s own time.
• Teaching others how to do something.
• Working with all levels of employees and customers.
• Distinguishing when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, making judgment of how to make it right, and following up to assure correction.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Using basic computer software, including internet and email, and data entry.
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• Adapting own behavior to adjust to any situation.
• Identifying and satisfying customer needs.
• Communicating information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
• Understanding and carrying out oral and written instructions in the English language.

Ability to:

• Present neat and clean appearance to customers at all levels.
• Treat customers and staff with courtesy, respect and dignity.
• Write numbers and letters legibly.
• Learn quickly and retain knowledge that can be assimilated in future situations.
• Accurately remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, and procedures.
• Arrange things in a certain order or pattern according to a specific set of rules.
• Be extremely attentive to details.
• Stay up to date with all required regulations and company procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment as well as manage changing priorities and stressful situations.
• Self-start and work independently without direct supervision.
• Be at work on time every day.
• Satisfactorily pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, credit and criminal background check, and reference checking.
